Delivery Coverage
Coastal Spas delivers across Australia, including metropolitan, regional, and rural areas. Some remote locations may require special arrangements or attract additional delivery fees. If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your address, please contact our customer service team before placing your order.
Delivery Process
Once your order has been processed, our team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time. Due to the size and weight of spas and saunas, deliveries are typically made with tail-lift trucks or specialist carriers. It is important that access to your property is clear and suitable for large delivery vehicles.
Customers are responsible for ensuring:
- There is adequate access for the delivery truck.
- The delivery location is level, safe, and accessible.
- Any required council or strata approvals (if applicable) are in place.
If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues, re-delivery fees may apply.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times vary depending on location and product availability:
- Metro areas: typically 7–14 business days.
- Regional/rural areas: 14–28 business days.
- Custom or special-order items: may take longer, and customers will be notified at the time of purchase.
These timeframes are estimates only. While we work hard to deliver on schedule, unforeseen circumstances such as transport delays, weather, or supply chain issues may affect your delivery date.
Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are calculated after purchase based on your product size, weight, and delivery location. Once your order is placed, our team will provide you with a tailored delivery quote. Your order will not be shipped until you have confirmed acceptance of the delivery cost.
Receiving Your Order
When your spa or sauna is delivered:
- You (or an authorised representative) must be present to sign for the delivery.
- Please inspect the product upon arrival. If you notice any damage, note it with the delivery driver and contact us immediately.
- Once signed for, the product is considered received in good condition unless damage has been reported.
Installation & Placement
Delivery includes transport to the nearest safe location on your property that the delivery vehicle can reasonably access. Placement, installation, electrical, or plumbing work is not included in standard delivery. If you require professional installation services, please contact Coastal Spas for options and recommendations.
Missed Deliveries
If a scheduled delivery attempt fails because you (or an authorised representative) were not available, or if the site was not accessible, a re-delivery fee will apply.
Changes or Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your delivery date, please notify us at least 72 hours before the scheduled delivery. Failure to do so may result in additional fees.
