All products purchased from Coastal Spas are protected against manufacturing defects for the period outlined below, starting from the date of delivery.


Product-Specific Warranty Periods

  • Structural Components (Spa Shell): 10-year non-pro-rata coverage.
  • Surface / Acrylic Finish: 5-year coverage against cracks, blistering, or water loss.
  • Equipment & Controls (pumps, heaters, electronics): 2–5 years, depending on the component (see product documentation).
  • Removable Parts (e.g., jets): 5-year coverage.
